Recording is Starting
i got the Yellow Banner Update Notification saying :
an update for Audials Streaming Service with Fixes for Known Recording Problems has been Downloaded and is ready to be installed
Update: Streaming Service 3.3.736.0
The Update will be installed the next time Audials starts.
Restart Audials.
Every since then the internal Audio Player will not record. just getting recording is starting
i have Audials One and Audials Movie and same issue is happening on both.
so this so called update has not fixed something/ its broken something.
Please advise on a fix for this.

I just tried this morning with the latest Audials update the internal player from Netflix normal speed and it is working just fine, tried quick with the trailer of a movie but the recording workedhave you checked the Window updates, are there no updates available for the video and gpu drivers? have you tried to close everything including to disable temporary your firewall/antivirus program and check the recording in Audials again? the recording in other browser works fine for you?

Still not working for me on Either Audials one or Movie.
i have checked Windows Updates. Graphics Card Updates, Bios Updates.
it has to be this update that was just pushed out, for it to stop working on 2 different machines with 2 different versions of the Audials Program at the same time the update was done.
i have tried it with Multiply streams Netflix, Amazon, Disney,
all the same result.
was working just fine before i got advised of the update.

I have the same problem after latest update. Recording is not starting at Audial Video.
Tried different browser Chrome, Firefox and Edge. I have to licences and two Desktop PCs.
At both I have same problem after latest update.Colud anybody from Audials give a comment or a feedback?

Hello,
Audials support department would be really glad if you could (all of you) send as soon as possible details about your antivirus program (try to disable it temporary and check the recording again) and all the generated logs... that way the reported issue can be investigated much faster

steps to send proper logs: start Audials > go to Audials Options > General Troubleshooting view > enable the extended logging > reproduce the problem again > close Audials > zip entire LOG folder and send it to the Audials support department (support@audials.com)

Außerdem habe ich sogar die SSD getauscht und Windows neu installiert.
Audials 2022 drauf und immer noch das gleiche.
Keine Aufnahme egal von welchem Browser oder der internen Player.
Das gleiche Update war auch bei Audials 2021.Da funktioniert aber alles noch.
Bei meinem Laptop der ordentlich Power hat, lief vor dem Update noch alles.
Fazit: Das kann nur an diesem Update liegen.
