    Yes, I do. I've tried it with AppleTV and it starts for a few seconds and then stops. I've sent the issue to support, but they haven't identified the issue yet.

    Yeah i am in contact with support too and they send me that they cant identify it. Hopefully they find the bug soon.

    I went from having an ok experience recording off of AppleTV+ with the 9/24 update from it going completely broken with the 9/29 update. The latest update I was able to do with a set of specific steps.

    Using the internal player with AppleTV is tough because the service will automatically play content, there is no way to stop autoplay to terminate a recording, forcing you to split the content yourself, and randomly preview graphics for episodes are replaced by silent video loops that also confuses and triggers Audial's detection algorithms. Also, ad transitions also stops recording.

    This is what I was able to do to get something to work:

    1) Select the "Video Recording" option at top and surf to your specific content via AppleTV+.

    2) Select the actual page of the episode, not a series page that will automatically play the next unwatched video of the series. The specific episode pages have more of the chance to have a static image until you play the episode, not a silent video loop.

    3) Close down any video that automatically plays. Sometimes, reloading the page will also help disable autoplay in this way.

    4) Hit play on the video. Hit Skip on any ads and then immediately hit pause.

    5) *NOW* select record now. Click the video you want to record, select proceed to enable messing with the video as it records. Hit the spacebar to resume playing. Recording should now start.

    6) You can now also hide the video as it records.

    Hope this helps someone and that the experience can be improved to be more stable, more flexible, and figure out a way to splice episodes and not get tripped up by transitions.

    Since I installed Audials 2022 I cannot record from Amazon Prime Video with the internal player. Audials says "start recording..." but this status never changes to "recording"

    Agreed. Doesn't work for me either. I'm going to give ParadoxGBB's method a shot and see if it works for me though. Thanks for the tip ParadoxGBB!

    I to had this problem several days ago. I have not seen another update since.

    I don't want to rent anything to try again if the problem is not fixed. Does anyone have any new information?

    After my last post I wasn't able to record the latest 1x3 episode of Foundation on AppleTV+ on account of the recording randomly stopping and joining mid-show. Today it looks like there was an update for the streaming service and things at least so far seem to be even worse --- "record now" doesn't seem to detect new videos playing at all.

    Yes i have the Same Problem neither Amazon or Netflix work it always stays in "Start Recording".... I Really Hope they Fix this

    Can you test the recording via the Edge browser? I just recorded something via the Edge browser and had the same sound problems as with the internal audials player.
    The internal player does not start the recording because it does not get a clean sound. If you click on "Hide video" in the internal player and then start the recording manually, you get the same sound problems as when recording via the Edge Browser.
    I guess the internal player of audials uses the Edge Browser and you have to look for the problem there.

    I have clean new installed windows 11 on my pc and now the internal player is working as excepted.

    Looks like this issue has been identified 3 months ago - and, it still exists.  What's up with that???  I still cannot record from the internal player.  I have version 2022.0.161.0, which I downloaded and installed yesterday (01-09-22).  The internal player has one option that looks enticing: the ability to start recording manually.  I have paid for this program, and I really would like for it to work properly.

    Hello jeebs98,
    for that issue there was made an update which fixed it, but indeed in some circumstances, the video streaming recording in mode "internal player" won't start recording as mentioned in the current known issues on their official page... you have to check that your Window is up to date including video and gpu drivers, the graphic card and gpu drivers should not be older than 4 years.
    As a workaround is mentioned to try the recording in one of the supported browser in order to record properly your desired movie.
