Audials movie 2021 downloaded Netflix movies error

HI, My Audials Movie 2021 installed on a UK Windows 10 laptop has stopped working correctly. Now when I download movies from Netfix or Amazon Prime I see them in my playlist but beside each movie is a red ERROR message and I cannot play them. I have tried changing the download settings and switching between Edge and Firefox etc, even deleted and reinstalled Audials Movie 2021 but the problem is still here. I am hopeful someone has already experienced this problem and has a solution, regards Ron

  Same here... no more recording of amazone prime videos
