Audials One 2021 PC Windows - All favorites are gone

For years I use Audials One everyday to watch a custom channel which I saved as a favorite. Today there are no favorites listed. They apparently have been lost from my profile as I get the same issue on three PC's. Also I'm in the US but the location drop-down says "unknown region" and USA is not listed as a choice.
