first seconds of each track missing

Problem with amazon music on windows ...

 

Downloaded the latest upgrade and still I can not DL without a few bits missing from the beginning of each track .... !! Is there a cure to this ???

  I just tried to DL once again and realised that:

  Seconds were missing at the begginning of tracks AND

  the songs are sampled with lower tone, the track is slower and notes half a step down ...

  What do you say about that ??

  DID ANYONE ELSE NOTICE THIS ?
