Audials 2020 Not Picking Up YouTube Music Stream

I am attempting to pick up my YouTube Music stream using my browser (Edge and Chrome) and also from the YouTube Music desktop app. Nothing is picking up; the window that displays after clicking on YouTube Music from the Music Streaming tab just continues to say "waiting". I have made sure that I have updated the software to the latest version as follows:

Audials 2020.2.55.0, built on 10/14/2020
Streaming Service 3.3.353.0
Server: asky-14.audials.com/
production_20201125_102604_f38b1ef6ab8f

    Me too. Except it doesn't work in Firefox or Vivaldi browsers, but works fine in Edge (Which I hate). I have made a similar support request to this forum.

    So streaming via Edge is working for you? Interesting. I have tried other streaming services such as Spotify, but the results are the same. I have simple began recording the sound card and using MusicBee to edit tags and get album art.

    I have no problem with Spotify. It's recording at 40x speed with no problems (In the App, that is. Never tried it with the Spotify browser URL). It's only YouTube it's not working with. Although I have just found out, I can drag and drop videos one at a time to rip the music. But I can't record by playing videos as it doesn't pick up that anything is playing. Like you say. It just says "Waiting....".

    https://music.youtube.com/ does not record fails.

    answer........  click on google play music instead of youtube music and it records music.youtube.com
