    Das konnte ich auch seit einigen Tagen feststellen, allerdings nur auf meinen Windows7-Systemen. Unter Windows 10 läuft es einwandfrei.

    I am also having this problem. It started with Audials One 2020 about a month ago and continues with 2021. Drag and Drop from Spotify shows the tracks but then recording fails, with one track after the other timing out. Starting Spotify via the little window option crashed Spotify immediately after it is opened. Manual high speed recording from Spotify does not work either. Audials does record from YouTube, etc. I can record from web based Spotify in Chrome, but only at 1x speed. 

     

    Does not work on three PCs here, all with Windows 7 Pro. And yes, I reinstalled everything several times, and am using the most current versions. Spotify itself works fine.

    We know we have a general issue with Spotify on Windows 7 and 8.1  It will be fixed with the next updates.

    Congratulations! After today's updates How to record/Play music in Spotify works properly. I can even record a 320 kbps file successfully at 25x.

    Drag and Drop still does not work.
