Audials 2020 Doesn't Open in a Window

I have Audials 2020 and use it on PC with Windows 10. For some reason when I try to run it, it shows up in my Task Bar and I can see it in my Task Manager but the window doesn't open. I tried to reinstall it but that didn't help. Anyone else had this issue?

  Does it happen at once after first installation, or did you manage to run it previously and the problem happened now after some software update? Are you able to maximize the window from taskbar?

  Hi billd354, 

  Can you please start the installation again and then open from Start Event Viewer, then> Custom Views> Administrative Events? Errors and warnings are displayed. Please send us a PrintScreen with the warnings or errors that appear after installing Audials 2022. by email : support@audials.com
  
  Please also send us the SetupLogs_2022 as a zip file from this path
  C:\Users(your username)\AppData\Local\Audials\SetupLogs_2022
  
  Our developers also request the Audials log files from:
  C:\Users(your username)\AppData\Local\Audials\Audials 2022 (fast the same place)

  Hello, Any progress in this? I have the same problem. Thx for any feedback.

  UPDATE: I have right clicked on the icon in the taskbar and has selected maximize.

  Audials appeared again in full screen mode.
