Nero Platinum 2019 with Audial Music Recorder 2019
Hi, just had a Nero Upgrade. I wanted to try the recording features of Audial but I'm being told I need to upgrade? When I try to find the serial number I can't seem to click in the Product Activation window....it just locks. If I click on Buy Upgrade I get a dead link?

You have upgraded to the latest NERO version, but as I understood well you are still able to use Audials 2019 as Standard edition as shown in the attached picture. If you want to upgrade to version 2020 you are able to do so but you have to buy a licence key for the unlimited edition. It is not possible to upgrade to another Standard version since it was not in the NERO upgrade package.

I have the Nero 2020 package including Audials music recorder. Like the above comment I can't download anything even though it says I can. It then says I have to buy an upgrade to record, but then goes to a page that says I have the full version already. I can't find anything that tells me what to do. I click on Help, and it says to look at the manual, but I don't have a manual and can't find anywhere to get the manual from. What am I supposed to do??
