Audials One 2020

When I start the software, there is a link for an update at bottom of the main page. Then there is a link that says: "click here to trigger the update". When I do this, I get an error message saying that Audials requires a working internet connection. I have checked the firewall and audials is approved. Any ideas?  Thanks!

  if you have an 'update' listed in your Audials version, then you should try to close your Audials version and download from the website the latest updated version number. Disable temporary firewall/antivirus/malwarebyte/webroot program and run the Audials installer as an admin.
