Netflix subtitle not recording
2020.2.14.0 hasn't been able to record Netflix subtitle.
Also, toward the end of the episode (say, ten minutes left), Netflix stop playing. I have to move the slide bar a bit, and it continues. It happens to many TV episodes now. (I have it on auto play back).
Thank you, and I hope you are all well there.

Wtin, the recording of subtitles from Netflix should work only in Chrome, only on Intel GPU, only for video which plays in 720p and only in case when there are no any player controls on the screen (user doesn't move the mouse). That's quite a lot of limitations, but the Audials developer team is working hard to find a better solution.

Hi Andreea,
Thank you for your reply.
I have two desktop. Both with SSD drives.
One is a Xenon 2.5 GHz 4-core with 16 G of RAM and GTX 780.
I have no programs installed on it except Windows 10 64 bit pro, VLC player and Audials One 2020.
It used to be able to record subtitles with Netflix, until 2020.2.14.0 came out.
I put that machine away, and am running Intel i7 3.6 GHz with 32 G of RAM and GTX 1080.
Wiped hard drive blank and installed Windows 10 64 bit pro, VLC player and Audials One 2020.
Connected to a 400 speed cable internet. Speedtest at about 380.
The i7 runs smoother. But still, no subtitles with version 2020.2.14.0.
The file was set to MP4 with GPU enabled.
Prior version of AO was able to record subtitles from Netflix.
I am surprised that no one has mentioned this. Am I the only one that record the subtitles?
Thank you for your comment. I really do love the program.
Another suggestion that I have was that if the program can wait to assemble the file after the series is finished. (Obviously for those with a HUGE hard drive) because at the beginning of some episodes, the load of system is high (even with SSD/M2 drive.)
Thanks for listening.

if you say that the recording of the subtitles no longer works since the 2020.2.14.0 update, then you can send to support the Netflix video name you tried to record, used browser version, screenshots illustrating the problem and also the entire LOG folder for further investigations.

No. I am afraid not. So disappointed. I have switched to another program that can download the subtitles (in SRT format!), and am happy with it. It's pretty buggy, but most of the time it works right, and they're very responsive when I report a bug to them.
Had such high hope for Audials. It worked with subtitles and suddenly stopped a few versions ago. I dedicated my fastest desktop to run it, too.
