Recording a playlist to CD

I'm new to this software and can't seem to be able to record a playlist imported from Spotify to a CD. I highlight all songs, right click and choose "Burn Files to CD". a "CD Wizard" screen appears but I can't copy the files to the Wizard. Would be grateful for any help.

Short question. Can you open the folder where the titles are located via Audials? If the path is not correct, it will not work. It works normally for me, did you install the latest version?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I can open the folder and, apparently, select the song(s) as the color changes from black to blue. Then I right click and select "Burn to CD" and the CD Wizard appears. Select "Audio CD" and CD Tracks screen appears, (just like the one in your posting), but no tracks appear nor can I select, move or copy them.

I bought the program yesterday so I'm guessing that the latest software has been installed. I would be grateful if you have any ideas or suggestions that I could try.

Could you take a screenshot of where you are and what it looks like? So can I try it on myself?

Sorry for the late reply; things needed to be done, etc. I will return to this issue in the next couple of days; I will also re-install it and see how it goes. Strange that I can not find a manual... And thank you again for your willingness to heelp.

Hi Guys, i have exactly the same issue, using Audials already years and Audials 2020 since months. I created a Playlist, marked the tracks, i wanted to have on CD, CD wizard popped up but in teh second screen also no tracks are provided. So hope you can support

Das gleiche Problem, wie oben beschrieben bei der 2019er Version unter Win10. Alle Tracks auswählen und normalisieren funktioniert, aber nach der Auswahl Audio CD aus mp3 erstellen, werden keine Tracks in der Auswahl angezeigt. Bin jahrelanger Nutzer von Audials. Früher klappte das noch. Wenn ich lese das das Problem bei Version 2020 auch noch existiert, dann brauche ich auch keine neue Version. Gibt es inzwischen eine Lösung für das Problem??

Nachdem ich andere Dateien ausgesucht habe klappt es wieder. Auch scheinbar mit denen, wo es vorher scheinbar nicht klappte. Jetzt werden plötzlich wieder alle gewählten Tracks angezeigt. Vermute es war ein Aktualisierungsproblem.
