New install of Windows 10 64 bit for this machine (refurbished). SSD drive C and drive D. No other programs installed except Chrome, CCleaner, Deflaggler and VLC player. 

Was able to record 2 episodes (of 4) last night of Netflix The Fosters t.v. show. (Auto play next episode on.) 

Tried this morning with auto play off. Failed to record anything from Netflix. Audials One 2020 detects video at 1080p, and proceeds to record, but no files produced. 

Moved temp folder to drive D. Output folder drive D. Moved both to drive C. Didn't work. 

Ticket created.

  Changed the record setting (file setting) to H.264 (MKV format) and it now works. 

  Earlier it was at HEVC (H.265) and it failed. 

  By the way, Subtitles (Netflix) have not been successfully recorded since last version. If that's fixed, it's a perfect software!
