Audials 2020 won't install - I have removed previous installation

I had a trial version & decided to buy. I tried to install with a different username & password; this failed so I uninstalled the app, cleaned the registry (CCleaner) & downloaded EXE from your site again.

Now when I run the install EXE I specify the destination folder (ie. accept default) and I see the install progress popup for 5 seconds, then nothing.

I've looked at C:\Program Files (x86)\Audials\Audials 2020 and I see there's still a file called AudialsNotifier.exe I can't remove this file as it requires System permissions (I have Admin).

Can anyone suggest how to proceed? This scenario isn't in the website FAQs
