Audials2020 - Mit 1080p keine Aufnahme bei Netflix

Hallo lieber Support,

das neue Audials2020 kann mit 1080p keine Videos bei Netflix aufnehmen. Der Bildschirm bleibt schwarz und man kann nur die Möglichkeit mittels <-- auf das Auswahlmenu zu gelangen. Das Video läuft erst bei Chrome wenn dieser neu und ohne die Option 1080p gestartet wird.

Mit Firefox gibts das gleiche Problem nur das ich da keine Möglichkeit gefunden habe die Option 1080p zu deaktvieren.

 

Die Möglichkeit wurde von Netflix bereits vor mehr als 3 Wochen bei Chrome und diese Woche bei Firefox abgeschaltet. Scheinbar haben die ein Patch dagegen aufgespielt.

  Hallo Leania,

  wir haben soeben ein kostenloses Update des "Streaming Service" veröffentlicht,
  (lädt sich automatisch wenn man Audials neu startet),

  mit welchem die FullHD (1080p) Aufnahme bei Netflix von Chrome wieder funktioniert.

  Hello

   

  Netflix in chrome just will not play in 1080p

  You can record in 1080p but the quality is lower which defeats the whole purpose.

  Tried same movie in Microsoft Edge and it's playing at 1080p

  

   

  Eg above Wonder woman in Chrome only streaming at 960x540 when it should be at 1920x1080

  Any updates on the Netflix chrome issue not playing in 1080p while in the netflix app or Microsoft Edge the same movie is available in 1080p?

  This was the reason i upgraded to 2020 as it was advertised as it can play and record in chrome in 1080p. :(

  Hello korny009,

  the maximum resolution which Netflix will stream depends on the content. Some content is just never - in no browser - available in 1080p.

  I checked on "wonder woman".

  - I can confirm that in Chrome, even with the new feature, it will only play and record in 960x540.

  - However, in my test also in Edge, it is NOT showing in 1080p, but in the same 960x50. (You can check current resolution in Edge by pressing ctrl+alt+shift+D in Edge).

  I also double-checked with several other series - which were played and recorded fine in fullHD with the new feature.

  I just checked in edge and it is definitely playing in 1080p

  You can see it even without the stats it is much clearer. This is Wonder Woman

  Any updates on the Netflix chrome issue regarding 1080p.

  As above clearly Edge can play the same movie in 1080p while Chrome can't

  I am still waiting for an answer...........

  How come Edge can play wonder woman in 1080p but chrome can't.....

   

  Clearly Audials 1080p is not working
