Video screen capture stops recording prematurely
Video screen capture stops exactly after 16 seconds.
I recently installed Audials 2019 on my Windows 10 laptop and attempted to perform a video capture (manual mode) from Youtube on Chrome and everything seems to work fine. However recording prematurely stops at exactly 16 seconds, and the audio stops at that time as well.
I have the latest updates of Audials 2019 install. I was using Chrome version 75.0.3770.142 as well as having tried on Firefox 68.0.1, with the same result.
I had the exact same issue on my Windows 8.1 laptop when I re-installed Audials 2018, and tried manually recording using VLC to capture from DVD. Automatic detection didn't work.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Followed tech support's suggestion of disabling the discrete GPU (non-integrated video card) on my PC that has 2 video cards. I disabled the NVIDIA, so that it would use only the integrated Intel GPU. Restarted Audials as Administrator and video recording works just fine!
For my other PC with the DVD drive, there is only one video card which is an integrated Intel GPU. So there was nothing else to disable. I tried running as Administrator but it didn't work. I had to log out and log into Windows using an admin account, then ran Audials, and it worked! Thanks!
