Audials 2019.0.11700.0 no longer recognizes Amazon

    Ich habe das gleiche Problem

    Audials erkennt in Firefox und Chrome keine Videos mehr weder bei Amazon Prime, noch Rakuten.tv
    Ich habe Audials (auch die Treiber) und Firefox neu installiert. Keine Veränderung.

    Audials does not recognize videos in Firefox and Chrome either on Amazon Prime, or Rakuten.tv
    I reinstalled Audials (including the drivers) and Firefox. No change.

    I have the same problem, also with Netflix.

    Have reported to Support and also asked if a downgrade to 106 is possible (my second machine works with 106).

    So lets wait

    I fully agree with the update for Amazon and Netflix.
    I'm lucky that I can record but the proportions are not right.
    Only on screen recording is the page ratio right.
    For this, the smallest picture stutter, which is exhausting.

    So it's reactive, rather that proactive support.  This should never have made it to the release stage.  It obviously was not tested before release.  Prepare to be hyped for Audials 2020 when 2019 isn't even functioning correctly yet.

    I agree, It would indeed seem that this 117 update has gone haywire, many we know more it the next days.

    However to be fair, I have been using Audials SW for some 6 years and this is in fact the first time that I have even looked at the Forum.

    I have never had any problems.

    which are the complete versions of the Firefox and Chrome browsers you used for the recording? with Chrome I could not reproduce this problem and also not with 67.01.

    All these people with the same problem and you can't reproduce it?  That is indeed very strange!

    For my case, Firefox 67.0.3, 64-bit and Chrome Version 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit).  These are the latest versions.

    Trotz zweier Streamingservice-Updates, die das Problem gefixt haben sollen, kann man aktuell noch immer nicht von Amazon und Netflix aufnehmen.

    I have the same problem with Netflix and Amazon. The screen capture works but the autodetect doesn’t. I’ve never had a problem with the software until updating to version 11700.0. I’ve also reported this to support.

    It is very strange. An app runs for years with very few problems being reported in the forum and now this.

    Also strange is that only 6 people have complained.  I know that Audials is big in music, but are we the only video users?

    Well this is really strange but it worked for me. I uninstalled both Firefox and Chrome, rebooted my machine and reinstalled both browsers and now Audials is working fine. Autodetect is working in both browsers now. Hope this works for you guys.

    funktioniert!, neuesten Firefox downloaden, Firefox deinstallieren,PC neustarten.Firefox neu installieren.

    Audials funktioniert wieder.

    I would really like to know what is different on your systems to mine.
    I completely deinstalled both Firefox and Audials, closed down twice and installed neu.

    No change.  so back to waiting and wondering.

    Has anyone else tried ?

    Firefox updated to version 68.xx on my computer and now Audials will no longer autodetect a video in either Netflix or Amazon. I was able to download Firefox version 66.0.5 from Mozilla and using this version Audials started autodetecting videos on Netflix and Amazon just fine. Audials is also working fine for me using Chrome version 75.0.3770.142.

    Wow you are the King of the Castle today !!

    I installed v. 66 - works perfect.  I have disabled the updates and it will stay like that until Audials have sorted it out, they now have a basis on which to work - what changed after v. 66 !!

    I've been having the same problem. It's been this way for months but I haven't have the time or patience to fix it. I even paid for a VPN and Audials still couldn't detect from Chrome or Firefox. I'm running the current version of both browsers and I just upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. I'm going to try uninstalling my browsers... I hope it works but I'm doubting it.

    Hi All

    Good News, the streaming service has been updated to 3.2.13000.0.  This is according to Audials not seen as a fix but as an improvement.  Anyway it worked for me today on Firefox.

    It's the steaming service that is screwing things up.  Someone at Audials needs to actually test the upgrades they do or at least allow us to use a previous version of their streaming services.  The last one to work was the one on 06-24.  The last two, or at least the last one on 08-01 renders Audials completely worthless.  This has been a problem on and off for the last 18 months.  I've been subscribing and renewing my subscription for several years but will not be renewing in 2020 unless something is fixed.  I sent in a support ticket and they said they needed a screen shot...…..seriously, a screen shot of their service not working.  It's not working.....that's the screen shot.  Nothing will record from App or from screen, acts as if nothing is playing.  Come on guys / gals / all other 70 personal pronouns, please fix this seemingly simple problem with your streaming service or allow us to download a back leveled version. I loaded 2018 version, to test, and it worked until I shut it down and the 08-01 streaming service auto updated then it quit working.
