Audials 2019.0.11700.0 no longer recognizes Amazon
Yesterday, I decided to upgrade to Audials 2019.0.11700.0 from its previous version. When I went to record from Amazon Prime Video, audials did not detect the video. The same problem happened in both Firefox and Chrome, both of which are the latest versions.
1. I have re-installed the drivers with the same effect.
2. In order for Audials to work properly as it should, I must record via Other Source/Screen Recording, High-Quality Direct Recording. In this manner, Audials functions correctly with Amazon as it should when I select recording from Amazon Video. Perhaps the streaming service needs another (major) update?
3. I *still* cannot record with a constant framerate when using h.264! It does work with MPEG4, but I do not want this. I have been pointing this out since Audials 2017, and I cannot believe you have not addressed the issue yet, despite acknowledging it.
4. You need to come up with a different idea than the "- - no sandbox" modifier for use with Chrome. This never worked properly, and when I utilize it, I never get better than 540/576p resolution. It breaks something between HDCP and Amazon, and Amazon will only stream SD, but no longer complains about it. I have to close Chrome without stopping Audials and re-open it normally in order to get an HD recording.

I agree, It would indeed seem that this 117 update has gone haywire, many we know more it the next days.
However to be fair, I have been using Audials SW for some 6 years and this is in fact the first time that I have even looked at the Forum.
I have never had any problems.

Firefox updated to version 68.xx on my computer and now Audials will no longer autodetect a video in either Netflix or Amazon. I was able to download Firefox version 66.0.5 from Mozilla and using this version Audials started autodetecting videos on Netflix and Amazon just fine. Audials is also working fine for me using Chrome version 75.0.3770.142.

I've been having the same problem. It's been this way for months but I haven't have the time or patience to fix it. I even paid for a VPN and Audials still couldn't detect from Chrome or Firefox. I'm running the current version of both browsers and I just upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. I'm going to try uninstalling my browsers... I hope it works but I'm doubting it.

It's the steaming service that is screwing things up. Someone at Audials needs to actually test the upgrades they do or at least allow us to use a previous version of their streaming services. The last one to work was the one on 06-24. The last two, or at least the last one on 08-01 renders Audials completely worthless. This has been a problem on and off for the last 18 months. I've been subscribing and renewing my subscription for several years but will not be renewing in 2020 unless something is fixed. I sent in a support ticket and they said they needed a screen shot...…..seriously, a screen shot of their service not working. It's not working.....that's the screen shot. Nothing will record from App or from screen, acts as if nothing is playing. Come on guys / gals / all other 70 personal pronouns, please fix this seemingly simple problem with your streaming service or allow us to download a back leveled version. I loaded 2018 version, to test, and it worked until I shut it down and the 08-01 streaming service auto updated then it quit working.
