Disney Plus
I am having issues downloading from Disney Plus. I cannot download a full episode of a series. I downloaded about 10 minutes and that's all.

I can download but with so many problems
I used to be able to remove ads but that was removed. Person answering the ticket said that was never possible. As I did it frequently I know that was ignorance or gaslighting
It crashes frequently on Disney.
Audio is often out of sync. Subtitles don’t sync and the edit feature to correct subtitles can’t fix it
I logged into support by phone because the website on Edge won’t bring up login page
So frustrated and hindering my decision to get the latest upgrade
