No recording possible: The Audials Sound Capturing driver keeps complaining

I have been using Audials Tunebite for many years. Recently, however, I can no longer record music because I am always prompted to install the Audials Sound Capturing driver. I have already tried to install the driver several times, but each time this prompt appears again. I have already completely uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and the software. However, this does not change anything. Well, the software is a bit outdated (2018) but it has always worked well so far. Do you have any tips on how I could restart the recording?
I have installed the following version on my Windows 11 laptop
Audials 2018.2.11.0 from 03.10.2020
Streaming Service 3.3.920.0
