Can No Longer Convert to Mp3

Audials One wants me to install a codec to convert to mp3, but won't accept the codec I downloaded, so now the software is functionally useless to convert to mp3. How do I fix this?

  Was für ein Codec will denn Audials? Welche Datei möchtest du umwandeln? Von was in was möchtest du umwandeln?

  What kind of codec does Audials want? Which file do you want to convert? What do you want to convert from and to?

  I am attempting to convert from WMA to MP3, but the input doesn't really matter. I get this error message when I try to switch the output format at the bottom of the window.
  
  No, trying to install the LAME encoder doesn't help.
