Does Audials One 2025 cloud AI upscaling - require uploading to cloud - or takes file straight from streamer

In Audials One 2025 AI Cloud video Upscaling - if I have a video from a streaming service to download. What is the order of how things are done? Does Audials - (1) download the video directly from the streaming service to your cloud, and then (2) perform the AI video upscaling there (3) download the upscaled video to my local PC OR does it (1) download to my PC (2) upload from my local PC to Audials cloud (3) upscale in cloud (4) download from cloud to my local PC? OR is there an option for either way? Just wondering as the latter involves additional time spent uploading the video (could be long)
