Organizing is such a personal preference, I wouldn't try to give advice.  Syncing is hard to make suggestions, but, my plan is to have a master storage drive that has everything and is somewhat isolated from accidental additions or deletions.  I make copies of that drive or portions of the content to  actually do the syncing.  Road trip songs are in separate folders from easy listening.

Managing duplicates is a mess.  Set filtering to only keep the best version and to only keep complete songs.  This is only a partial solution.  If you want a particular song or artist, use Wish or Load to select what you want.  Mass recordings from radio and streaming is more hit and miss.  You will get duplicates, the quality will vary and you will get incomplete songs.  Oh, some will be mislabeled by artist or song name and have otherwise missing or incomplete data.

The Clean Up Duplicates function will help eliminate multiple copies, but it doesn't help with filtering out songs you don't want if there is only one copy.

Wish I could be more helpful.

    Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Audials on Windows for managing a large media library (over 100GB), and I’m looking for some advice or tips on how to streamline the process.

Currently, I’m facing some issues with:

Organizing my downloaded files efficiently Syncing my media library across devices Finding the best way to manage duplicate files and metadata I would love to hear from anyone who has successfully handled similar issues. What tools or features within Audials have you found most useful for organizing and managing large collections?
