First the installer installs an old .NET MS Desktop Runtime v6.0.16 instead of the latest v6.0.28 x64.
And secondly it not recognize if already a MS Desktop Runtime v6 is installed. The version 6.0.16 will be installed in parallel to existing v6.0.28.
