Aspect ratio 4:3 (from prime) not recordable

Hi, I  am searching for right set up to record in (german) amazon prime old series with 4:3 aspect ratio (start trek voyager). I tested a lot, all time aspect was stretched. Does anyone give me a hint?  BR WolfAudio :-)

  Hello Mirela, nope - my TV does not find the aspect ratio by itself (like he did playing direct from amazon prime aso. by playing audials record (I tried all types of recording values). But - by switching the aspect ratio "hard" at TV it works - not beautiful - but it works...
