I have been buying your software for years and now that my computer crashed and I lost the serial number of my latest software, you don't have the decency to send it to me. I will never buy another edition of your software and I will let everyone I can reach on Social Media that they should not waste their money on your software. I'm pissed and dissapointed.

I advise getting in touch with the customer service department of the software provider where you bought the program, if you haven't already. They might be able to help you find your serial number again or offer other options. @ build now gg
