Video recording: size of Internal browser recording VS other browsers

Hello,

I use v2023 to record videos, sometime the built in browser does not work properly so i use other browsers ... 

What i found is the size of video recorded by built in browser will be around 220 mb, but if i use Firefox the size for the same content will be arounf 500 mb. I did not change any settings.

How do i get smaller file using external browser without decreasing the quality?
