cannot open audials window

First - is there no way to email / contact support?

When I start audials I get an icon in the toolbar, but cannot get an audials window to show.  There is an audials icon in the hidden toolbar collection also - no help.  Yes I have rebooted.

Can anybody help me?

  Hi,
  have you had previously any other Audials versions installed on your system?
  note that the latest Audials version works only on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  make sure that your Windows is up to date including sound, video and gpu drivers ... check also your Microsoft Net Framework to be updated.
  disable temporary your firewall/antivirus program and start Audials as an admin
  if still the same, contact Audials support at support@audials.com
