trouble applying tags to movie

Hello 

Audials One 2020 is having an issue downloading tags for streamed movies. I have had this issue with Amazon Video and iTunes. 

After streaming I do a title search for the movie tags. I get several results. Any result I select  does not actually apply to the MP4 file. After I click on my selection in the results list, I get the spinning icon and when it finishes, the tags remain blank and the album art is blank. If I click save, the tags still do not apply.
