Windows 11 Storage Options

I just downloaded the latest Audials One 2022 and also upgraded to Windows 11. I am unable to save music in the following format Artist/Album/tune. I selected this in the Expert settings and it will not save music in that format that I select from the dropdown. I have tried restarting the program but the settings I select are not saved. Please advise.

  Please send us some screenshots with the chosen setting.

  If you choose another setting, will it work well?
