Audials 2021/2020 won't recognize tag information from spotify stream......

I'm using record while playing music.

After the latest stream services update, audials doesn't work properly. It won't recognize the tag infomations...

It only shows file name like "(unknown) - Recording..."

I tried both on audials 2020 and 2021, and getting same results.

The files split time correctly tho.

And the weird thing is that some tracks get the tags after recording process is done. (some don't)

  Unfortunately, tagging when recording from Spotify in Audials 2022 does not work since a few weeks now ("Let Audials find it" setting). I had already contacted the support several times by email and sent all the requested details.
  
  The last 4 Audials updates did not fix the bug.
  The bug still exists in Audials 2022.0.114.0 from 05.11.2021!
  
  In addition, the songs are often no longer separated correctly.

  For weeks Audials is therefore unfortunately unusable.

  In the meantime an Audials  new version was release and since the new update, we did not received any complaints regarding this issue. 

  if this problem still persist please contact the support department and also sent the following informations:

  In order to help you further properly please send us the following details:
  - your Audials complete version number
  - your Spotify complete version number
  - used recording method: drag and drop or record while playing / normal or high speed?
  - used album/playlist so that we can test with the same details
