No longer detects song title nor cuts into tracks with latest release of Amazon.

With latest update from Amazon Music and Audials, Audials no longer detects song information nor does it cut into tracks. Audials 2021.0.220.0

  I'm having the same issue with 2021... so I upgraded to 2022 and still have the problem.

  I also tried 2020 with the same problem,  It just started today with the simultaneous update of Amazon music as well as all versions of Audials....I was going to update to 2022 but not until this issure is resolved.  Thanks for letting me know that it is not just me....lets see how Audial addresses the problem.  Amazon may be doing something sneaky so that their music can not be recorded...

  Same issue here with 2019. Upgrade to 2022 did not solve the problem.

  Ich habe das gleiche Problem mit 2019. Ein Upgrade auf 2022 hat das Problem leider nicht gelöst.

  Hello,

  indeed for the method 'record while playing' the described issue happens since the latest Amazon Music update, this issue will be solved in an upcoming plugins update as soon as possible.

  but the drag and drop method should still work properly.

  we just made a few tests with Audials 2021 and Audials 2022 and the recording from latest Amazon Music version (8.8.1.2303) went successfully for us using the drag and drop method , see below

  Note of interest: My other computer running AudialsONE2022 works fine. Wishing now I had never run the update or paid the additional $$$ for 2022 on the problem PC.   :-(

  My drag and drop has never worked, in any version it can not seem to connect with Amazon on my computer.

  Not working with Rhapsody either. This really makes the product cumbersome to use if i am tryhing to record music.

  Hello nateysdad,
  just tried the recording from Napster/Rhapsody and it works properly in app, Chrome and Firefox, just from Edge seems to be a problem right now, even the tagging and splitting are correct.
