Audials 21 no longer works on HBO Plus

Audials worked fine a few months ago.  Now I try to record "Raised by Wolves" to no avail.  Not automatic, not 1 at a time.  The blue box which worked well before simply does ot start the recording.   Koennen Sie bitte mir helfen? Mein Deutsch is ziemlich roestig.
