How to export spotify playlist to M3U file ?

Hi

I found something that looks will do the job - https://support.audials.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015264819-Importing-Spotify-playlists-as-links- but when i try to " export as file m3U" after files are imported, the exported file is empty.

Just want to save my spotify playlists in format which can be played locally by any media player. The files are downloaded from Spotify. Thus I can play spotify playlist without need to actually connect to Spotify.
