audials 2021 video performance

i cant seem to ge sons new pc to run high speed encoding, at  1.25 its only getting about 16-20 fps. it a new pc we just built with ryzen5 3600, 16gb ram gtx1650 super and 1tg nvme all driver current as of today. my 5 year old laptop is running 1.5 stream encoding and i cant see how his cant do it at all, any ideas on this

  so an update, the issue only seems to be with batch recording, if i don't use the batch recording list i can record at x2 with no issues. so its not the computer but audials itself
