Audials 2020 - stuttering during recording - warning high PC load

Hello

I am having reall trouble using Audials 2020 at the moment. Whenever I try to do a direct recording of a video the sound and vision stutters and there is a warning of high pc load. This is a PC i hardly use for anything else; I have cleaned everything off of it  and have 525GB free so I am not sure what is causing the problem. The PC runs on Windows 10.

I'd really appreciate any help.
