Audials Update - Error Message & Crash

Firing Up Audials 2020 this morning - the program indicates an UPDATE is available. Clicking the link the update is downloaded & the process of installation begins. After about a minute an error message appears stating User Already Exists. Clicking ok, we receive another error message. Clicking ok again & the process crashes!!

This has never happened before
