    your video card driver is up to date? a concrete answer you will get if you could send more details to the Audials support team for example from where are you trying to record, screenshots illustrating the problem and all the generated logs.

    Thank you very much for your response.  Yes, my video card driver is up to date.  Could you please tell me how to contact the Audials support team - I cannot find any link on the site for support that actually gives me technical support or contact information.
