Can't locate Audials Radio & Podcasts on the Apple Store.

I have searched for the app on the Apple Store without success. Can you help, please?

  Recently, there has been an Royal Courts of Justice ruling concerning another radio app.

  This ruling decided, that as foreign (non-UK) radio stations are usually not registered with the PPL in the UK,

  apps - as they are per nature not restricted to "home use" - should not "just make available" for listening foreign (non-UK) radio stations to UK audience.

  We are currently reworking our app to comply to this ruling, until then we are sorry to say that our Audials app is not available in the UK play store.
