Need Help. Cannot log into account.
I have purchased Audials One 2020.
I cannot log into my account in the software or on the website.
The website will not send me a link to change my password.
I had to create this dummy account to ask this question, because I have to log in to post messages.
I have reached out by facebook and twitter, to no avail.
Please help me.

since Audials 2020 version an Audials account created within the software is required, so try to follow the steps from here:

I cannot log into my original account. I use the password rest page but never receive the email to reset my password. My username and password I have always used no longer works for what ever reason.
I purchased the 2020 upgrade, but do not think I have upgraded my original account. Need Help! I think I think I created a 2nd account when trying to obtain a password reset. If so, I need that 2nd account closed. I also need access restored to my original account.
