No Cover from deezer / Keine Cover von Deezer

Hi there,
I had the trial version of Audials. Here Deezer covers were loaded.

Since I found the software well, I bought it. However, no covers are now saved when I use the deezer app.

Windows 10 system.

Is that normal? Latest version of Audials one 2020 (2020.2.27.0)

ich hatte die Testversion von Audials. Hier wurdne noch Cover von Deezer geladen.

Da ich die Software gut gefunden habe, hatte ich mir diese gekauft. Es werden jetzt aber keine Cover mehr gespeihert wenn ich die deezer App nutzte.

System Windows 10.

Ist das normal? Neuste Version von Audials one 2020 (2020.2.27.0)

    Hallo,

    das Problem trat sofort nach Kauf der Lizenz auf oder nach einiger Zeit? Hast du versucht, zwischenzeitlich Audials neuzustarten oder alternativ das Abspielen von Deezer in einem anderen Browser zu starten?

    Also das Problem hatte ich früher auch schon mal den Support geschildert. Da war es aber mit Amazon. Der Support meinte ,wenn der Titel nicht in der Datenbank drin ist, kann Audials es nicht wissen. Habe gerade auch nochmal bei Deezer aufgenommen. Von 17 Titeln kamen 2 Cover. Keine große Ausbeute.

    Von den genannten 17 Titeln, handelt es sich hierbei eher um Mainstream oder um Titel mit Seltenheitswert? Dies ist natürlich zu berücksichtigen, denn zu bekannten Titeln finden sich in den verfügbaren Datenbanken eher entsprechende Cover als bei weniger bekannten, sofern diese auf einem Album verfügbar sind.

    Um Titel die erfolgreich und bekannt sind. Bei Deezer habe ich auch im Allgemeinen meist kein Cover.

    Danke für Eure Antworten,

    dann scheint es wohl ein normales Problem zu sein. Schade eigentlich. Es ist vor allem Mainstream, deshalb wundert es mich.
