Recording from Amazon Music Unlimited is no longer working
I have been using Audials for a couple of years and never went into troubles but now I can no longer record from Amazon Music App. When I try, everything first looks alright. The name of the song ir recognized and the level meter is working just fine. But when the song ends and I click on "stop" Audials just says "failed" and there's no recording. Did Amazon change something or what could cause this behaviour? I switched on extended logging but there's no helpful error mesage or similar. If you like I can send you those logfiles, of course.

Same irritating problem, Amazon Music Unlimited is what I primarily use the product for.
Ive been a license holder and subscriber of Audials for almost 5 years and seriously considering canceling subscription and moving on to competitive product if no fix is put in place. We are into April and no bug fix, should not have released 2020 in the first place with such a glaring deficiency ,shit like this would get development mgr. fired at most software companies... please fix this or refund our money. Oh and someday maybe you can fix recording issues regarding subtitles on video streams such as Metropolitan Opera.

have you both already contacted Audials Support? is this "failed" error message only for Amazon or also for other sources? if it is a general issue, do you have maybe Malwarebytes or WebRoot installed on your systems? there were some complains regarding those programs, they do not work properly with Audials, and you have to add the entire Audials folder as an exception in their settings and afterwards Audials works properly. If the problem is different, then support could investigate better the problem if you would send a complete description including screenshots illustrating the problem, and entire LOG folder zipped.
Subtitles from Netflix are already working with some limitations, for other sources remained the manually record from screen method.

Thank you Andreea,
You are correct it was my use of Malwarebytes that led to this problem, I should have known better.
My sincere apologies to the softare development and QA team at Audials.
One last question what is the recording issue regarding the subtitles for sites such as Metropolitian Opera and will a direct recording through video card fix ever come for these applications?
Thanks Again
