Conversion failed

Audials One 2020  and Malwarebytes Premium 4. Often when Audials tries to convert streamed music I get "Failed!" and it does not convert, I have determined that this happens when I have Ransomware protection enabled in Malwarebytes. I would like to try white listing the app in Malwarebytes. What is the name of the executable that does the conversion? Or if there are any other suggestions for this problem please let me know.

  Please go to Windows task manager and check the Tunebiteconverter.exe if adding it as exception can solve the problem.

  Thanks chkirsch, however, there is no file on my hard drive named Tunebiteconverter.exe. I use a great program called Everything  from a company called Voidtools. It indexes the filename of every file my system. When I searched for Tunebiteconverter.exe it does not exist. I also saw nothing like that in Task Manager during the conversion process. Audials only has 2 files with "convert" in their filename and they are both DLL files.
