From Android app can see pc with Audials one 2020 but no files

 Hi,

I installed the audials app on my phone running Android 9 and on my android tablet running Android 7. Connecting wirelessly  I can see the pc running Audials one 2020 on both.  There are no files showing on the android app that I have recorded on the pc.  When I go to the app on the pc and check the Audials anywhere connections, the android connections both show as n/a.   I have attempted uninstalling and reinstalling Audials one 2020 on the pc.

    Anywhere functino was disabled. 

    In order to maximally benefit from Audials Software, a free „Audials account“ is needed.

    • You can discuss in the „Audials Forum“ with other users
    • many more advantages

    You may create an Audials account at any time at https://audials.com/en/registration within a few minutes, and the „Audials One 2020“ software will also lead you to create one at the moment you register the product after purchasing it.

    Thanks for the reply.  I have logged in.  To be sure I logged out on both devices and logged back in. Not trying to be difficult but don't I have to have an account to login to this forum.- I used the same account. While the pc show on the mobile app i cannot see any files.

    Have you found a solution? I have the same problem.
    I can choose tablet, both, or desktop, but I don't see any content when I select desktop.

    Which version of the Android app are you running? It should work with versions 8.3.* or later. Also, which version of APC are you running?

    Audials ProVers. 8.5.0.0, Android 9, Samsung tablet T510, desktop PC win10Pro, Audials 2020,
    both in the same WiFi network.
    In audials 2020 it says "Anywhere", "Access from somewhere" status "nv" is that correct?
    I don't find the button "anywher" on the Android-App on tablet.

    I have not got mine to work either. I am running similar specs except I had a Samsung phone with Android 9.

    Hi,

    one possible reason for not seeing your files from PC in the android app could be that you logged in with your email + password, instead of username + password. Please try to log in again and ensure you use your username and not your email while logging in.
