Batch Recording/Parental Controls

I'm using Audials 2020, on a Windows 10 laptop, using Chrome.

 

I am trying to create a batch recording and when I add the URL I see a message that parentals controls won't let me record my video.  I do not see where I go to change the parental control settings.

  I have tried two times to send an email to audials@support.com and both have been returned as non-deliverable..
