Audials one 2020 will not record streaming videos

hello

my audials one 2020 will not record streaming from my netflix, disney, or amazon! it will record youtube but thats it! i have tried all from support pages, i uninstalled it, different browsers, manual record etc... it just does not recognize any video at all! the audials prompt box just hangs there while video plays! PLEASE help!

    Is your Windows up to date, including sound and video card drivers? have you already tried to run Audials as an admin and repair the driver installation from Audials Options? close all the other apps and leave only Audials running , afterwards choose for example Netflix > from the recording window choose the browser you want to use > start the browser > select the movie you want to record ... was the video now detected?

    Thank you for the speedy reply! The answer to all of your questions is yes EXCEPT 1. My video card( ATI Radeon HD 5850) is really close to 8 yrs. old,  There hasn't beed updates from ATI for about 4yrs. & when I upgraded to windows 10 & when windows updated to 1903 update my video card has lost all options such as screen resolution, multi display, etc... So I believe it's my old system! BUT i did discover that i must record screen for me to capture!.. i interested in you opinion!

    I don't know if this will help but I had the same problem and it was Webroot Antivirus. Shutting it down didn't help but uninstalling it fixed the problem and video streaming is now working fine.

    I figured out the problem is in the Identity Protection section.

    This will allow Chrome to work without shutting anything having to do with Webroot off. It does not fix Firefox for some reason but I'm satisfied using Chrome for Video Streaming.

    -> Open Webroot Status View
    -> Click gear next to Identity Protection on right
    -> Click Application Protection tab
    -> Allow the 2 lines for Audials
    ---> AudioCaptureHk64.dll
    ---> VideoCaptureHk64.dll
    -> Open Audials and Video Streaming should now work in Chrome.

    Thank you so very much for the knowledge & help!.. The VideoCaptureHk64.dll was exactly like you said... The AudioCaptureHk.dll was NOT... I will see if this corrects my issue...

    Well in my case Audials worked for the most part when I installed few months ago but now it does not detect video no matter how hard I try and support was not able to help me, very frustrating

    Same problem for me. tried to record Netflix with chrome, does not work. the software is poor.

    Only manage you tube. I have better software for that.
