Hello Everyone. Iam having issues with the AudialsOne-Setup.exe downloaded from the Audials site.

So,  I bought a license key and downloaded the .exe When i double click the install it ask me were I want the software to install and then it starts to install. After about 1 min and only maybe 30 percent on the progress bar it comes to a part that says Installing.net. Then it just sits there forever and never progresses to install the software.  I am using window 8 with well above all requirements.

 

Anyone?

  Hello vmangine1,

  have you the latest .NET Framework version already installed? Have you installed all the newest Windows updates?

  yes I did as well and had to download it 5 times and put in my license key 5 times as well with no joy

  It just is not refined enough

  note that since Audials 2020 version, an Audials account is required, have you created already an Audials account within Audials as it follows?

  if you still get problems, you could contact Audials Support, send them screenshots illustrating the problem, for further investigations.
