After finished converting files, Audials just does nothing
I'm using Windows 10, Audials 2019.0.11700.0, with a Tunebite Premium licence.
I am trying to convert some .m4p (Apple Music) files. When I was using the free trial, this worked 100% fine (except of course that it cut the recording short at 2 minutes).
Now I have bought a licence and have tried to convert the files. The converter plays each file via iTunes and it all looks like it's working. However, when the converter gets to the end of the conversion queue, nothing happens. It doesn't move the converted files to the player and it doesn't write them to the storage folder. The files still appear in the "in process" queue. When I try to quit the app it says "running recording(s) will be discarded" but they all look like they have finished converting.
Any ideas on how I can get around this?

krun99 write your issue to support, and send there also the entire LOG folder for further investigations.

Hi. Exactly same issue here with Audials One 2020. I also have used an old version before buying this one, and the old one worked just fine.
However, support has answered now. What they basically say is this:
The recordings should get saved in the standard storage place if the recording is started via the "Apple Music"-shortcut in the "Music streaming" page or view.
No idea so far. Am at work currently and cannot try, but will try out one of the next evenings and let you know.

Update:
Tried the info given by the Audials support yesterday evening and it works beautifully. Unchanged very slowly, only in the original speed, but still...
The handling is a bit confusing. Do not choose "Converting" but use "Music streaming". There is a section "Apple music" - iTunes as such is not clearly mentioned, but if you open the "Apple music"-link, it will get you there. Works generally as it did before. Happy now.
Slow, however - did I mention that?

PortCity do you have maybe Malwarebytes or WebRoot installed on your system? if you do, then try to add the Audials folder as an exception into settings > allow list > select a folder... normally the Audals folder if it is installed as default can be found here: C:\Program Files (x86)
