I'm using Windows 10, Audials 2019.0.11700.0, with a Tunebite Premium licence.
I am trying to convert some .m4p (Apple Music) files. When I was using the free trial, this worked 100% fine (except of course that it cut the recording short at 2 minutes).
Now I have bought a licence and have tried to convert the files. The converter plays each file via iTunes and it all looks like it's working. However, when the converter gets to the end of the conversion queue, nothing happens. It doesn't move the converted files to the player and it doesn't write them to the storage folder. The files still appear in the "in process" queue. When I try to quit the app it says "running recording(s) will be discarded" but they all look like they have finished converting.
Any ideas on how I can get around this?
