NOW TV problems

Hi

 

It seems that NOW TV stream movies through their own app.  Therefore the best tool to record them is the screen grabber - except when you play them back you only get audio, a black screen and any points where you have activated the mouse, the app control screen (pause, rewind 10 secs, episode title etc) - but never the movie.  Any ideas?  I'm in the UK.  Dave E
