Stuck in "Pause" mode...

    I have been having the same problem for a week or two.  All tv channels are paused.

    Need help as right now, audials moviebox 2019 is useless.

    It's not computer specific, I have Audials One 2019 installed on 2 different computers and both are "Paused" indefinitely... I hope there's a simple solution to this problem...

    I should of mentioned that I also have this program on two different computers, with the same results.

    Running Windows 7 and firefox, for what it's worth.

    Hi,

    indeed we had a temporary server-side issue. This caused that some live TV channels, like the mentioned CNN, wrongly showed only a "white rectangle in paused mode" instead of the real TV content. (It was not at all related to the Windows system or Audials software installation)

    This was fixed a few hours ago, now everything should work again like it should.

    I have just downloaded a new copy of Audials 2020 and if I select Television the channels are stuck in the "Paused" mode.
